· EMG (Edge Marketing Group) establishes a list of a minimum of 50 participating businesses from CENTRAL NEW YORK that offer service, product and programs in the health and wellness industry.  Other businesses are also invited to join in….

· Area schools and/or sports groups and/or youth groups and/or independent non profit groups are invited to participate in the campaign as a fundraiser.

· 20000 Syracuse and Surrounding Communities Wellness VIP booklets are printed and are secured to ensure the protection of fraudulent reproduction.  Local printing companies will be used.  Each VIP booklet has a specific identification number.

· 1000 or more Syracuse and Central New York Wellness VIP booklets are distributed to each participating school and/or sports groups and/or independent non profit groups.

· A representative of EMG administers and supervises the project.

· Each student will have between 5 and 10 Syracuse and Central New York Wellness VIP booklets to sell.  Each consumer pays $10 cash for the VIP booklet and fills out an information page with their contact numbers, home addresses, fax numbers and e-mail addresses in order to keep a record of all booklet purchasers.  Every business that participates in this campaign will receive a copy of all contact information lists for their records.

· VIP Cards will be sold between February 15th, 2011 and March 1st , 2011.  

· Advertising will include:  A Web Page with recognition of all supporting businesses, radio announcements, newspaper articles, mass fax, e-mail and Facebook send outs, distribution of flyers and posters.

· The VIP booklets are valid from February 15th, 2011 until February 15th, 2012.

· A portion of the proceeds raised will be shared equally amongst the schools and the rest will go to The Edge Learning Centre and to cover the overhead costs for EMG.

· Ten students of each school and/or sports groups and/or independent non profit groups will receive ipods and/or Wii fitness and/or gift certificates from local sporting stores and/or mountain bikes and/or snowboards depending on their respective selections through the participants’ reward draw.
